To obtain information about the entity or group of entities for which you are searching, enter the appropriate data in the input form (screen).

The individual fields of the input form must be filled in using the following instructions:

Country	This field is used for setting the country in which the entity is registered. The selection of a particular country is performed interactively from the list offered. For searching, it is possible to select just one legal form from the list or, by selecting an empty field, to ask for the retrieval of entities without a restriction by this search criterion.
Type of certification	This field is used for setting type of certification. The selection of a particular type of operation is performed interactively from the list offered. For searching, it is possible to select just one legal form from the list or, by selecting an empty field, to ask for the retrieval of entities without a restriction by this search criterion.
Type of operation	This field is used for seeting type of operation when type of C-O-C certification is select The selection of a particular type of operation is performed interactively from the list offered. For searching, it is possible to select just one legal form from the list or, by selecting an empty field, to ask for the retrieval of entities without a restriction by this search criterion.
Certificate holder	This field serves for setting name of certificate holder: - Last name if the certificate holder is a individual- Trade name of the entity if the certificate holder is an organisation / company. In case of regional or group forest certification, this might include also name of certified region or group or organisation representing the certified region or group.The maximum number of characters which you can enter here is 20.The name need not be entered exactly. The accuracy need not be observed from several points of view:It is not necessary to enter the whole name; entering several initial characters is sufficient. In response to the query the data base server will return a number of subjects the names of which begin with the entered characters.In setting the name it is not necessary to differentiate between capital and small letters.For the selection of the entity in this field accent marks are not significant either; you can enter the name with or without accent marks.The search ignores spaces and other special characters that are not included in the alphabet (e.g. $ % & " ) (! ? + - / * = ).
Certificate Number	This field serves for setting the certificate No. issued by a certification body. The number must be issued exactly including all characters and spaces.
Certification body name	This field serves for setting the certification body name which certified the searched entity and issued the certificate. The selection of a particular certification body involved in database performed interactively from the list offered. For searching, it is possible to select just one legal form from the list or, by selecting an empty field, to ask for the retrieval of entities without a restriction by this search criterion.
